Sam Cicogna is Vice President and Head of ONESOURCE Transfer Pricing at Thomson Reuters.

Sam has held several positions in the professional services area at Thomson Reuters since joining the company (as TaxStream) in 2006. In these positions he has lead implementations of various multinationals and Fortune 500 corporations.

In his current role, Sam works with clients to identify potential for efficiencies through process improvements, use of additional software functionality and customizations for both the Provision and Workflow implementations.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Sam worked for Cox Enterprises, Inc. in Atlanta where his primary focus was Tax Technology and Process Optimization. In this role, he led the implementation of a new provision system (TaxStream) to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

He began his tax career more than 15 years ago at Deloitte LLP. From there, Sam moved to Omnicare, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio as Manager of State & Local Taxation prior to his role at Cox.

Through the years, Sam has become proficient in a wide-range of tax technology software solutions. Sam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Dayton. He is certified in the state of Georgia.

Anne Oliver is the Global Tax Manager at Skyscanner.

Anne’s daily role involves managing tax strategy and compliance for the Skyscanner Group, from their head office in Edinburgh, UK. She is responsible for UK, international tax compliance and the creation of the global transfer pricing strategy.

Previous to working at Skyscanner, Anne was the UK Tax Manager for the Heineken Group, and held roles at Scottish and Newcastle and PwC.
