Project Kairos overview
Kairos (καιρός): an ancient Greek word meaning the 'supreme moment'.
Our aim through Project Kairos is to provide startups operating in the tech space with their big moment – the one which kicks off their transition from newbie to significant industry player.
Being part of Project Kairos gives those startups have the unique opportunity to gain investment, knowledge, and network within corporates from some of the biggest tech giants with particular interested in IoT.
Since its introduction at Apps World London in 2016, it's proven to be an unmissable opportunity for many startups within the tech space to level up their business potential through networking, investment, and content delivered from some of the best mentors and investors.
In what is an overly dense ecosystem by any industry's standards, Project Kairos narrows the playing field down to the most relevant investors, venture capitalists, mentors and technology corporates who are actively investing, or keen to collaborate with other businesses.
Participants are also given the chance to gain recognition from experienced judges through pitch competitions! The recognition gained through success in these contests is considerable, as explained by Distrix – previous Project Kairos winners – below.
