Apps World is to once again place a key focus on start-ups at the San Francisco show in February with its biggest Start-up Zone to date.
The Start-up zone will allow start-ups and independent developers to get their businesses in front of journalists, peers and potential investors for free with bar table top stand space donated by Apps World in recognition of the need to support new talent.
Launching earlier this year at Apps World Europe, the Start-Up Zone will include new industry specific areas where new businesses can brand their tables accordingly and get connecting with the people that matter.
The Start-up Zones will include specific areas for Automotive Apps, Wearable Technologies and IoT applications, TV Apps, mHealth and Retail and Food Apps Zones as well as an innovative start-up zone for general apps. The show will also include the Indie Gaming Zone where indie game developers can pitch their ideas.
There are already a number of exciting start-ups taking part but we still have room for more. Start-ups already confirmed include Breezing Co, a rapidly growing, early-stage start-up that creates mobile solutions for health and recently launched Breezing Metabolism, the world’s first mobile metabolism tracker and Local Food Lab, an app allowing you to share your work, discover new projects and connect with like-minded people working in the good food movement.
