KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in the administration, execution and analytical support of compensation systems (Xactly), ensuring compliance with internal policies, bonus plan designs and structure
  • Issues plans to Xactly participants, confirms receipt of terms and conditions signature pages and maintains associated files/records accordingly
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely calculation of commission and bonus payments on Xactly
  • Ensures target information is up to date and accurate across the Xactly system
  • Delivers regular data reports and data analysis that enables the Global Reward & Benefits function to have up to date information on the group at all times
  • Develops regular reporting to sales team and the Global Reward function showing performance vs target.
  • Assists with system related projects led by the HR Division or that require expertise on HR data
  • Manages the administration of Xactly including managing various user profiles, user defined screens and fields
  • Previous experience working within a Reward / Benefits / HR Systems environment is essential
  • Working knowledge of Xactly would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • Detail oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel (Vlookups, creating formulas, Pivot tables preferred)
