Graduate fellowship

This structured yet flexible Informa Group programme allows graduates to explore different divisions of the company, including KNect365, and be mentored by senior managers.

Over two years you will develop a range of skills while experiencing a variety of industries and roles. At the end of the programme, you will have the chance to take up a permanent role.

Corporate responsibility

We embrace our responsibility to our planet and our fellow humans. This starts with the communities in which we work and the industries we serve. For example, by bringing together people with compatible interests and goals, our events help them learn, network, build relationships, win business and be successful.

However, it also influences the ways we interact with the rest of society. For example:

• We are committed to behaving fairly and responsibly. We aim to create an open, inclusive and stimulating environment for all our colleagues.
• We support the charity Mind, which aims to ensure that everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
• We encourage our people to take two volunteering days a year. We particularly enjoy using our professional skills in pro bono work in our local communities.
• As part of Informa, we take part in Walk the World, an annual event that raises money for charity. Last year, more than 680 KNect365 colleagues – almost 60% of us – joined in, walking as far as we could around the world. All Informa offices are encouraged to organise their own walk and nominate a charity. And everyone who raises more than £150 (or the local equivalent) gets a day off work.
